01. Georgia General Knowledge CDL Test
The longest of the CDL exams and probably the easiest to pass is a good place to start. Take the Georgia General Knowledge CDL practice test and see how much of the information you have learned and what areas need more attention. Remember, these CDL tests are free so you can take them all day long if you wish to.
02. Georgia Air Brakes Test
Air brakes are one of the biggest differences between driving a semi truck and a regular truck. This is a very important test and this information you have to know to safely operate a tractor trailer combination as a truck driver. The air brake information is not something you learn just for the air brake test and forget. You will need to know about this system inside and out to be a successful truck driver.
03. Georgia Combination Vehicles CDL Test
As much as I did not like to study this info back when I first started out, I look at it and realize how important it is. This is not high school folks! This is life or death information. If you plan on getting a commercial drivers license to drive an 80,000 lbs tractor trailer combination down the highway at 70 mph and you do not take this information seriously you or someone else is going to die. Study and retain the combination vehicles test for the state of Georgia.
04. Georgia Hazardous Materials Test
Almost all new truck drivers going to work for any break-in company are going to need to get a hazmat endorsement in Georgia. The Georgia Hazmat test is the hardest test and the shortest test in duration. This is another test that you will have to spend some time reading the CDL manual over and over to learn. Take our Georgia hazmat CDL practice test over and over until you pass.
